- B. Analyze available resources
- Pool (size, depth and anchor point)
- Equipment (see book)
- Time (schedules, duration,...)
- Qualified Instructors (certification, training,...)
- C. Choose Exercises
- Follow ACSM guidelines as described on page 19 of Aquatone-Aquatic Strength Training
